By now you have heard that LinkedIn Answers will disappear today. Not a lot of people used LinkedIn Answers but those that did knew that it was great for generating leads. What can you do now to get the same lead generation as you did before?
1. Post. Make sure you post to your LinkedIn time line at least once a day. You should post original content at least once a week.
2. Join groups. LinkedIn groups are a great way to connect and share information. Try joining groups that are not directly part of your industry. For example, if you do marketing join a small business group. By creating great discussions that get people talking you name gets highlighted within the group and people start to pay attention.
3.Connect. Connecting with people has that wonderful status message that also includes what you do for a living. What a great way to tell the world without having to tell every single person.
