One of the most useful sites, I’ve found, is Knowem.com. In a nut shell Knowem.com is a great resource that allows you to check your potential business name across hundreds of social media platforms too see if it is available. It is also a great way to brainstorm.

The basic service is free but they do have services that will sign set up your account on a variety of the networks.
